This Policy is issued by Ourea Global Corporation (“Ourea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Ourea may use browsers, files, code, and external services, and this Policy defines activity that is not permitted.
Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use Ourea to violate law, facilitate violence, exploit or endanger minors, traffic regulated goods unlawfully, or meaningfully enable wrongdoing.
Security abuse
Do not deploy malware, steal credentials, bypass authorization, disrupt systems, conduct destructive exploitation, or access data without permission. Good-faith defensive testing must be authorized and appropriately scoped.
Privacy and deception
Do not impersonate others, conduct non-consensual surveillance, generate deceptive identity documents, expose private data, or use personal data in ways that violate rights or law.
High-impact decisions
Do not use Ourea as the sole decision-maker for eligibility, employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, or other high-impact decisions about a person.
Enforcement
We may block a task, limit tools, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law.
