Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms form an agreement between you and Ourea Global Corporation (“Ourea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern access to and use of Ourea, including its AI agent, task workspace, file tools, browser tools, and related services.
Using Ourea
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
- Use the service only in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
AI-generated output
Ourea uses third-party and hosted AI models to plan and perform tasks. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You must review output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it, especially in legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact contexts.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit and output you are entitled to own under applicable law. You grant Ourea Global Corporation the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display your content to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights necessary to submit that content.
Plans, billing, and changes
Free and paid plans may include different limits and features. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rights, refund rules, and the payment processor will be shown before any paid checkout is enabled. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Ourea Global Corporation disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability will be limited to amounts paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, illegal activity, non-payment, or harm to users or the service. You may stop using Ourea at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
