User Agreement

This Agreement is between you and Ourea Global Corporation (“Ourea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and summarizes the responsibilities that apply when you create an account and instruct Ourea to act on your behalf.
Account responsibility
Use accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and keep account contact details current. One person or authorized organization should control each account unless a team feature permits otherwise.
Authority to instruct Ourea
You confirm that you are authorized to provide prompts, files, credentials, websites, and other resources used in a task. You remain responsible for instructions you give and actions you approve.
Human review
Ourea is an assistant, not an independent legal representative or fiduciary. Review material decisions and external-facing work. Do not rely on Ourea as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
Files and connected services
Do not upload malware, unlawfully obtained data, or information you are not permitted to process. When integrations are available, you authorize only the access needed for the selected task and should revoke access you no longer need.
Account closure
You may request account closure and deletion of associated data, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup retention requirements. Outstanding obligations remain due after closure.
